Rules for safe and lawful use of ImgSharpener image-processing tools.

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of imgsharpener.com, including image sharpening, upscaling, deblurring, restoration, downloads, accounts, credits, and support requests.
By using ImgSharpener, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with other product descriptions, this Policy controls what is allowed.
2. Prohibited adult and sexually explicit content
You may not use ImgSharpener to upload, process, enhance, restore, sharpen, upscale, generate, distribute, or attempt to improve:
- NSFW images or content.
- Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, erotic, or fetish content.
- Nude or partially nude intimate imagery.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, or sexualized images of a person without clear consent.
- Any sexualized content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
These restrictions apply even if the image is private, AI-generated, fictional, cropped, blurred, edited, or intended only for personal use.
3. Other prohibited image-processing activity
You may not use ImgSharpener for:
- Illegal content or activity.
- Child exploitation or abuse material.
- Face-swap, deepfake, deceptive impersonation, or non-consensual face manipulation.
- Fraudulent documents, fake evidence, identity verification abuse, or misleading forensic claims.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or hateful abuse.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Weapons-related promotion, instructions for harm, or content that facilitates violence.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, scraping abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
4. Rights and consent
Only upload images that you own or have permission to process. Do not upload private, sensitive, or personal images of another person unless you have the rights and consent required by law and by this Policy.
You are responsible for how you use, publish, or share any processed result.
5. Enforcement
We may block uploads, refuse processing, remove access to results, suspend accounts, revoke credits tied to abusive activity, deny refunds for abusive use, or report unlawful activity when appropriate.
Automated systems and human review may be used to prevent abuse, investigate support requests, respond to provider requirements, and protect the Service.
6. Reporting abuse
To report prohibited content, illegal activity, suspected exploitation, fraud, or misuse, email support@imgsharpener.com with the subject Abuse Report.
Please include the account email, task or order identifier if available, and a short description. Do not send unnecessary sensitive images or credentials.
