ImgSharpener provides digital image-processing services and does not ship physical goods.

What to include

For account or technical issues, include your account email, affected tool, approximate time, task identifier if available, and a short description. For batch-processing issues, also include the Batch ID and affected filename or filenames. Remove passwords, payment credentials, private images, and unnecessary personal information from screenshots.

For billing requests, use one of these subjects:

• Billing Question
• Refund Request
• Cancel Subscription
• Unauthorized Charge

Include the order or subscription identifier, payment provider, date, and amount. Never send a complete card number, security code, bank password, PayPal password, or authentication code.

For privacy requests, use the subject Privacy Request. For suspected illegal content, exploitation, fraud, or system abuse, use Abuse Report.

Review the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy before submitting a request.
