Terms governing ImgSharpener accounts, image processing, credits, subscriptions, payments, and acceptable use.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of imgsharpener.com, its image-processing tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and downloads (the "Service"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, create an account, upload or process images, or make a purchase. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

ImgSharpener provides automated tools that may sharpen, upscale, deblur, enhance, or restore images. Results may vary, contain artifacts, or reconstruct visual details. The Service is not an archival, forensic, medical, legal, identity-verification, or evidence-authentication tool.

Features, supported formats, models, limits, processing times, and credit prices may change. Free, experimental, or preview features may be modified or withdrawn.

3. Accounts

ImgSharpener currently uses Google sign-in. Keep your Google account and active sessions secure and notify support@imgsharpener.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts and credit balances may not be sold, shared, transferred, or sublicensed. We may apply security checks or restrict activity that appears fraudulent or abusive.

4. Your images

You retain ownership of images you submit. You grant ImgSharpener and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and process them only as needed to provide the requested operation, maintain temporary files, investigate failures, prevent abuse, provide requested support, or comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process each image. Image files stored in systems controlled by ImgSharpener are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to upload, process, enhance, restore, sharpen, upscale, generate, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or erotic images or content.

You may not use the Service for illegal content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, fraudulent documents, infringement, harassment, doxxing, malware, weapons-related promotion, or activity that facilitates fraud or serious harm.

You may not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass payment, credit, access, security, or rate-limit controls; use stolen payment methods; resell accounts or credits; abuse refunds; or represent AI-reconstructed details as verified evidence. We may block tasks or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.

Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional examples of prohibited image-processing activity and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Credits

Credits are limited, non-transferable units used for eligible processing. They are not money, stored value, or a gift card and have no cash value.

  • Promotional credits may be limited by account, device, network, region, or suspected abuse.
  • One-time credit-pack credits follow the expiration rule shown at checkout.
  • Subscription credits follow the grant and expiration rules shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
  • Canceling a subscription does not convert subscription credits into permanent credit-pack credits.

The price, credit amount, billing interval, and expiration rule displayed at checkout control the purchase.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Creem, PayPal, or another provider identified at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed interval until cancellation.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Failed payments may result in retries, restriction, suspension, or cancellation. A future renewal price may change after any notice required by law; you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Cancellation, refunds, and delivery

You may cancel through Settings → Billing, an available payment-provider portal, or support@imgsharpener.com. Cancellation stops future renewal after confirmation and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refund eligibility, exclusions, cancellation effects, and digital delivery rules are stated in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy. A first successful subscription payment may be eligible only when requested within seven calendar days and no subscription credits or paid processing benefits issued under that subscription have been used.

ImgSharpener sells digital services only. Credits and subscription benefits are normally delivered after payment confirmation. If a recorded processing task fails after credits are deducted, those task credits are automatically returned.

9. Service ownership and third parties

The Service, software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by ImgSharpener or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited right to use the Service and do not transfer ownership.

The Service relies on third parties for infrastructure, authentication, image processing, and payments. Their independent services and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, capacity, or legal requirements may affect availability.

We may limit or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, or illegal activity. Where reasonable, we will provide notice, but urgent protective action may be immediate.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We do not warrant that a processed image is authentic, complete, suitable for professional reliance, or identical to details that existed in the original scene.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgSharpener and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or law. The updated version and date will be published on this page. Payment-provider terms displayed at checkout or on a receipt also apply to payment-specific matters.
